Mr. Scheifele has 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage origination business. Mr. Scheifele was president and founder of No Red Tape Mortgage from 1998 to 2009 where he grew the company to one of the largest privately held wholesale mortgage banks in the country with annual closings surpassing $3B. While growing and managing a 250-person staff with 90+ internal sales people day-to-day he led the charge to become the first wholesaler to go paperless from loan originations to loan sale.
Post No Red Tape, as SVP National Sales Manager of Residential Lending, Mr. Scheifele helped two fintech firms, Realty Mogul and AssetAvenue, build their lending platforms to enter the fix & flip lending space. He recently grew LoanStream Mortgage's monthly Non-QM loan funding volume from $1M to $8M. Mr. Scheifele graduated from the Leeds Business School with a finance degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Mr. Scheifele was also a YPO Chapter Member in Santa Barbara, CA and a WPO Chapter Member in Beverly Hills, CA.
Mr. Houston has 13 years of experience in the residential and commercial mortgage banking business. Recently Mr. Houston was SVP Operations Manager at Genesis Capital, where he managed $80M of monthly Bridge, Fix & Flip, and Credit Line fundings. Previously, he was COO and Co-Founder of Bridgelock Capital, whose main principal investor was MSD Capital, which originated, managed and serviced over $200,000,000 in assets. Prior to Bridgelock Capital, Mr. Houston co-founded the Helvetica Group, a Hard Money lender that originated, managed and serviced over $80M in assets.
Mr. Houston has been involved in the underwriting, system integration, marketing and origination of private money real estate loans on residential, commercial, industrial and development properties throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Mr. Houston received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a licensed California real estate broker.
Mr. Lyons has spent over 27 years in the residential mortgage lending business and has built and grown numerous mortgage departments and companies for banks and stand-alone mortgage companies. Mr. Lyons has executive management experience in nearly all aspects of residential mortgage lending, with specific focuses in lending operations, lending technology and secondary marketing.
He was most recently the Senior Vice President of Operation and Lending Administration with Banc Home Loans. Mr. Lyons was responsible for the creation and development of the Banc Home Loans (“BHL”) mortgage lending division within the Banc of California; BHL originated more that $450mm/mo., of mortgage loans through its retail, wholesale and correspondent lending platforms. Prior to BHL, Mr. Lyons was SVP at Pacific Mercantile Bank where he was the head of Secondary Marketing.
Mr. Lyons has held senior level positions at several mortgage companies including Ameriquest, Aames Home Loans and Long Beach Bank.

Mr. Grüner possesses decades of real estate and finance industry experience. Prior to his role as General Counsel for ALTA Mortgage Capital and Strategic Holdings, he was General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer at Genesis Capital, Counsel at Anchor Loans, and before that partner at a large AV-rated east coast law firm. In over a decade practicing law, he has focused on banking, finance, and real estate with broad transactional knowledge as well as a substantial litigation practice. Mr. Grüner has nearly a decade of real estate finance experience prior to the practice of law, and as a result commands an in-depth understanding of the real estate and banking industries. He is a recognized leader in the field. Besides being frequently asked to moderate and present at industry conferences throughout the United States, he is published, quoted, and featured in a variety of publications and trade journals.
Mr. Grüner began his career in mortgage banking with a primary emphasis on business development, underwriting, and secondary markets. As a mortgage banker, Mr. Grüner was active in a variety of trade groups, including service as a Chair of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers PAC, a participant on the Legislative Committee of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in California as Registered In-House Counsel.
Mr. Wroclawski has 12 years of digital branding, payment processing, peer-to-peer lending platform, web and mobile application development experience. Mr. Wroclawski has extensive knowledge in a wide range of programming languages as well as a passion for managing a project from idea to product.

Mr. DuHadway has 18 years of as a Chief Financial Officer in the mortgage banking business. Prior to mortgage banking, Mr. DuHadway’s professional foundation began with more than twelve years of Big-4 public accounting experience followed by sixteen years of corporate CFO and CEO executive experience. Extensive experiences working with PE firms, built and led successful and enduring teams, led workout and turnaround organizations with numerous $200M+ successful exits.
Mr. DuHadway received a BSBA and MBA. degree from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. DuHadway participated in the Executive Study Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
